Standard Holdings Ltd. (SHL) was established in 1993 as a specialized manufacturer and distributor of full range of particleboards, fibreboards, timber-based composite panel and decorative material products. From its head office in Hong Kong, and operating under our trade names, Standard Panels and Standard Fibreboards, SHL owns and manages factories in Dongguan, Guangdong, in Taicang, Jiangsu on the outskirt of Shanghai and in Tangshan, Hubei bordering Tianjin. These highly automated factories are fully licensed for the manufacturing and distribution of panel products in China and for the export markets including Americas, Middle East, Oceania and SE Asian countries. Additional sales offices and distribution centres are located in Beijing and Shanghai.
Standard Panels and Standard Fibreboards, the non-toxic, environmental friendly E-1 class particleboards and fibreboards, were introduced from Europe to China by SHL during the 1990s. With the advancements in core materials and adhesives, E-0, Super E-0, JIS F 4-stars and CARB P1/P2 panels were subsequently introduced in response to the growing environmental awareness of our customers, making SHL an industry pioneer in the China market.
Throughout its entire corporate history, SHL has continued to make significant investments in the latest technologies for its production process, quality control and information management systems to ensure a supply of high quality and environmentally friendly products at competitive prices. Towards this goal, SHL has attained ISO9001 Quality Management System certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System certification, FSC Forest Stewardship Council certification and China Environmental Labeling products certification (中国环境标志产认证 - 十环认证). One of our key corporate development strategies is the establishment of a national distribution network throughout China. Our strategically located factories and distribution centres in Dongguan (China South), Taicang/Shanghai (China Central and East) and Tangshan/Beijing (China North), allow us to provide prompt, efficient supplies with comprehensive pre & after sale services to customers throughout the nation.

Factory
Dongguan Alliance Standard Panels Co., Ltd. (ASPCL), established in 1995, is one of the first batch of factories invested by SHL in mainland China. With a production area of over 10000m2, ASPCL is located in the town of Shatian, Dongguan, Guangdong. Four highly automated production lines have a total annual production capacity of over 2 million boards with sizes ranging from 1220 x 2440mm (4’ x 8’) to 1830 x 2745mm (6’ x 9’). ASPCL supplies to the domestic China South market as well as export markets of Americas, Middle East, Oceania and SE Asia.
DASWERK STANDARD WOODTECH (TANGSHAN) LTD.
Daswerk Standard Woodtech (Tangshan) Ltd. (DSWL), established in 2018 and with production started in 2019, is the latest member of SHL in China. With a total investment of more than RMB 200 million and covering an area of 30000m2, this manufacturing base is located in the Bohai Rim Industrial Park of Hangu Economic Development Zone, at the center of the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Delta Region and Tianjin Binhai New Area, 10km from the Port of Tianjin. A total of nine automatic production lines have been earmarked for DSWL to supply a comprehensive range of high quality panel products to the China North market.
TAICANG EURO-ASIA STANDARD FIBREBOARD CO., LTD.
Taicang Euro-Asia Standard Fibreboard Co., Ltd. (EASFCL), established 2000 and with an area of over 21000m2, it is located in the industrial park of Chengxiang, Taicang, Jiangsu Province on the outskirt of Shanghai. EASFCL operates WEMHONER automatic production lines from Germany and supplies the China East and Central markets with panel products of the highest quality. To achieve vertical integration, the furniture department of EASFCL produces a wide range of made-to-order furniture for both domestic and export markets including Japan, Oceania, Middle East and the Americas.
